MAT PILATES

60-minute Mat Pilates focusing on breathing, proper alignment, and core activation. This blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and reduces stress. Our Mat Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked, and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

FOREVER FIT

60-minute class designed for clients aged 50 and above to improve balance, gain strength, increase flexibility, and have fun. All classes are taught by our certified personal trainers and are available in three experience levels – basic, intermediate, and advanced.
